This little treat will have you wanting more and more! The cake has 2 ingredients... just 2!! The frosting is a favorite of mine! Absolutely delicious and just the right amount of sweet for me! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Ingredients
-Pumpkin Filling
-Yellow Cake Mix
(frosting)
-7 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
-1 1/4 Cup Milk
-1 1/2 Vanilla Extract
-1 1/2 Cup Salted Butter (room temp)
-1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
-Pinch of Salt

-Yellow Cake Mix

-7 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
-1 1/4 Cup Milk
-1 1/2 Vanilla Extract
-1 1/2 Cup Salted Butter (room temp)
-1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
-Pinch of Salt
PREHEAT oven to 350*
First thing to do is combine the pumpkin filling and the yellow cake mix- remember you do NOT need anything else. (almost a relatively healthy recipe) ;) haha!
It will be a little sticky and harder to stir with the pumpkin but that's normal!
Then fill up a sprayed pan with the batter and pop into the oven and let it bake for roughly 20-25 mins

It will be super duper moist- don't worry!
Now it's time for the good stuff.... the buttercream... YUUUUUUUMMY!
Get ready to be blown away! This stuff is the bomb and always tastes so fresh and buttery with the perfect amount of sweet!
-Put the milk and flour into a small saucepan and whisk and heat constantly until thick, it will look like pancake batter! Then set aside and let it cool.
-Stir in Vanilla
-While you wait for mixture to fully cool down, Cream the butter, salt and sugar in another bowl until fluffy
-Then add to milk mixture
-Beat together until well blended and fluffy and creamy looking.
