I felt motivated (due to my lack of motivation) to write a post on ‘being bothered’ and not letting stress get to you. I am probably one of the worlds worst procrastinators all because I let stress get to me and stop me from getting done what I need to. I also have a habit of letting myself get into a funk where nothing pleases me, nothing I or others do is right by me… all because, yup you got…stress!! Stress is a big, bad bully and I am ready to be done with it, are you?

Life for me lately has been so busy. I have not been in contact with the people I care about and should be reaching out to, I never get to put my feet up and just read a book, when I watch a movie I am constantly either editing or responding to emails. Something is always holding me back from that ‘quietness’ we all long for- sound familiar?
IT’S TIME TO STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND MAKE SOME MAJOR CHANGES!!
Life will always be crazy, there will always be hurdles to knock us over as soon as we think we are okay and above the water. Be ready for this or it will be a rude awakening. I am learning more and more to take time OFF for me. Not ‘facebook’ time not ‘teatime and catch up on email day’ no, no, no i mean take an actual break. Be however drastic you need to be to make life easier on YOU. Stress comes along and makes you forget about the important things like taking care of yourself, you forget that you are allowed to take time off from ‘life’ you are allowed to just lie in bed and not think. But stress likes to take what life is meant to be and throws it out the window and on top of that makes us feel like it is impossible to get back. Take back YOUR life and make the changes necessary to be a better you. It’s now or never. By de-cluttering our lives we are making our lives simpler which will eventually lead to a happier life.
