Can I just say... YUM! So easy and quick to make and not too bad for you (other than the buttery, creamy mashed potatoes) ;)
I made some garlicy, buttery green beans to go with the chicken and of course one of my favorites... mashed potatoes!
Mashed Potatoes: -4 or 5 Potatoes
-2 Tablespoons Butter
-1/2-1 Cup Milk
(Mix them with hand mixer, makes them SO fluffy)
They go very nicely together :)
-3 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
-2 Eggs (beaten)
-1 1/2 Cups Shake n Bake
*Honey Garlic Sauce*
-1/4 Cup Honey
-1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
-1 or 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
-1 Tablespoon Siracha Sauce
-Seasoning Salt, Chillies, Parmesan to taste
-Preheat your oven to 375*, add foil to baking tray & spray (for easy cleanup)
-Put shake n bake into a shallow bowl, and egg along with seasoning into another bowl.
-Dip chicken into egg mixture, make sure chicken is fully covered, then into the shake n bake and add to the tray.
-Pop in the oven for about 20mins :)
-In another bowl mix up all the sauce (minced garlic, seasoning, honey etc) when chicken comes out dip into sauce and you are done. (I added a little extra sauce/juice to the chicken it was so yummy.
